NAME
       date() - returns the date in the month at a given time
       (MUD time)

SYNOPSIS
       int date(int x)

DESCRIPTION
       Returns what day of the month is represented by the first
       argument, which is assumed to be a time integer.

EXAMPLES
       o   date(time()) returned 6 today, meaning it is Altki
           6th.
