origin - determine how the current function was called
string origin();
Returns an string specifying how the current function was called. These
values can be found in the driver include "origin.h". Current values are:
* "driver" - from the driver: applies, heart_beats, etc
* "local" - local function call
* "call_other" - call_other
* "simul" - use of a simul_efun
* "call_out" - via a call_out
* "efun" - from an efun that takes a function pointer (sort_array, etc)
